Michael W. Capron
Michael W. Capron earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in 2001 and his law degree from the University of Georgia in 2006. Owing to his belief in defending the rights of all citizens, regardless of circumstance, Michael spent two years working for the Legal Aid Clinic/Public Defender’s Office in Athens, GA.
Upon his return to Atlanta, Michael worked for over three years at The Hines Firm where he specialized in representing small to midsize companies in a wide variety of commercial and contractual disputes in addition to representing their interests in structuring business transactions, ranging from routine licensing and vendor agreements to complex corporate mergers and acquisitions valued in the tens of millions of dollars.
With the knowledge and expertise acquired through his varied prior work experience, Michael founded The Capron Firm in 2010.
In addition to his work for The Capron Firm, Michael is a volunteer lawyer for the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, and a member of the Criminal Law and General Practice and Trial Law sections of the State Bar of Georgia.
